At Wear & Vibe we aim to deliver products that meet your expectations. Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully to understand your options if you receive an item you are not satisfied with.
1. Overview
We primarily offer exchanges for eligible items.
Refunds are not provided for standard purchases once an item is delivered, except in exceptional cases of confirmed wrong or damaged delivery — see Section 6.
This policy applies only to orders placed on our official website wearandvibe.in
2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange all of the following must be true:
Exchange request is raised within 72 hours of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed and unworn.
All original tags, labels and packaging are intact.
The item shows no odor, makeup, deodorant marks and there is no physical damage caused after delivery.
Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.
Not eligible for exchange:
Items showing colour difference due to screen/display settings, minor fabric variations, or customer expectations about texture/finish.
Final sale or clearance items (if explicitly marked as non-exchangeable on product page).
3. Exchange Fee & Price Conditions
Customers are required to pay the courier charges for all exchange requests.
Exchanges are allowed for items of the same price or a higher price than the original item. If the replacement item costs more, you must pay the price difference before dispatch.
4. How to Request an Exchange
Raise an exchange request via our customer support email contact@wearandvibe.in within 72 hours of delivery.
Provide: Order ID, item name/SKU, reason for exchange, and clear photos (and an opening video if product is damaged).
Our support team will confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Working hours for support: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
We aim to respond to exchange requests on the same or next working day.
5. Pickup, Self-Shipping & Inspection
Reverse pickup:
We will attempt pickup twice. If pickup cannot be completed due to non-serviceable pin code or failed attempts, you must self-ship the item to our address (details below). Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area.

Packaging & labeling for self-ship:
Pack items securely to avoid transit damage.
Clearly mention ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the package.
We recommend using Speed Post for reliability.
Inspection:
Once we receive the returned item it will undergo a quality inspection.
If the item passes inspection, we will dispatch the replacement within 24–48 working hours.
If the item fails inspection (used/damaged/missing tags), we will notify you and the exchange will be refused; the item may be returned to you at your cost.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@wearandvibe.in and include photos and an opening video.
For verified wrong/damaged deliveries, we will:
Offer a replacement of the same item (preferred), or
Issue a refund only in exceptional cases where replacement is not possible. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
7. One-Time Exchange Rule
Each order/item is eligible for one exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, the exchanged item is not eligible for a further exchange.
8. Cancellation & Refunds (Short Note)
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once processed (unless the order is cancelled by us).

9. Additional Terms
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
We also reserve the right to update this policy; changes will be effective from the “Last updated” date shown at the top.
