Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
When Returns Are Accepted
Product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
Request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Unboxing video is provided as proof.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Size issues (please check the size chart before purchase).
Products that are used, washed, or tried multiple times.
Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
Return Procedure
Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Share a complete unboxing video.
Our team will review your claim.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or return.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
COD orders are not refundable, unless paid online after cancellation approval.
